2.Hired by Agricultural Association of Taiwan as energy-saving technology consultants and together with Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Taipei University of Technology, researcheddynamic electric loads and their control methods applied to environment and sewage treatment machinery.

1.Established overseas branch office – Singapore branch.
2.Developed the first-generation SES-VC silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) module.

1.Ya De Li Technology Co. Ltd. was formally established, with a starting capital of NTD$11,000,000.
2.Application of utilitypatent– External circuit for refrigeration systems and its use in refrigeration systems.
3.Passedproduct CE certification for energy saving module.
4.Rolled out the first-generation SES-VR series multi-control inverter system.
5.Completed installation of building-wide air conditioning equipment and certified energy-saving efficiency at Jen Kang Hospital in Taipei city;energy saving quality reached 52.89% and obtained SGS on-site inspection report.
2002~2006
1.Completed the very first testing machine, a differential pressure inverter control module successfully applied to a 7.5HP compressor and then a commercial small refrigeration system was provided to the Green Energy and Environment Research Lab, Industrial Technology Research Institute.
2.Energy saving control module provided to Industrial Technology Research Institute for application in compressors of cold storage rooms and freezers at 7-11 convenience stores, with real-time energy savings measured at 28%. 
1999~2001
Established the electrical control workshop, conducted research and development of energy-saving control modules for driving cold water pumps, cooling pumps and cooling fans.
